Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. Products & Collectible Conditions

We make every effort to ensure the diecast collectibles we sell are in excellent condition. However, please be aware of the following industry standards:

  • Minor box wear, slight rubs, or minor creases from the manufacturer or transit to our facility are common and are not considered defects.
  • Paint flaws or minor quality control issues from the manufacturer (such as Lionel Racing) are out of our control. We cannot guarantee “perfect” manufacturer quality control on every item.
  • Items labeled as “Rare” or “Vintage” may show signs of shelf wear commensurate with their age.

3. Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you are securing a product before it arrives at our facility. Please note:

  • Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice. Delays are common in the diecast industry.
  • Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of checkout to secure your allocation.
  • If a manufacturer cancels production of a diecast (e.g., due to not meeting Minimum Order Quantities), you will receive a full refund.

4. Live Auctions (Whatnot & Social Media)

Items purchased during our live shows on third-party platforms (such as Whatnot) are subject to the terms of service of those respective platforms. All sales made during live auctions are final. Combined shipping for website orders and live auction orders is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by our team during the broadcast.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
