Return & Refund Policy

As collectors ourselves, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of collectible items, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

1. Standard Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • In the original, unopened manufacturer packaging. If a sealed item has been opened, it is no longer eligible for a return.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns that are not due to our error.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is completely incorrect (e.g., wrong driver or scale), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will provide a return shipping label and issue a replacement (if inventory allows) or a full refund.

Note regarding manufacturer defects: Minor paint flaws, decal placement issues, or slight box wear from the factory are common in mass-produced diecast and do not qualify as “damaged” for the purposes of a free return.

3. Pre-Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a pre-order before it ships, please contact us. Pre-order cancellations may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees and inventory allocation adjustments.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during Live Auctions (e.g., Whatnot).
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Autographed items (unless authentication is proven to be invalid).
  • Gift cards.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please reply to your original order confirmation email or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
